Common Questions

Just delete the app — all your data lives on your device and is removed instantly. The only thing we keep on our servers are temporary processing logs, which are automatically deleted within 30 days.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. On your iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Email us with a description of what happened and we'll look into it.

Data export is on our roadmap — we're actively working on it and it'll be available in a future update.

Unfortunately no. seldo stores everything locally on your device and we don't keep backups on our servers, so there's no way to recover data from a lost or replaced phone.
